I am full of questions and here is the next one. 
Just few days ago I had checked the oil level when starting up the engine I saw the steering pump that is moved by the rubber transmission belt start and stop. I try to explain better, there is like a clutch inside the disk moved by the belt, it looks like this clutch deactivate the steering pump blocking the disk when no power steering is necessary. Could it be?
