was driving fine and when to turn into a parking lot and wheels felt resistance and a slight grinding noise happened every time i tried to turn, almost felt like it was in 4lo and you try to turn on pavement. I was in 2wd the entire time.

Checked all suspension components, tie rod ends, no sticking brake calipers, intermediate shaft is new and looked fine. Waiting for it to get towed to the stealership…didn't want to risk anything with the baby in the jeep.

any thoughts ? hopefully the new lift doesn't void my warranty :emotions34:

The lift will not void your warranty. The lift will just help the jeep absorb bumps better.

haha hopefully thats what the stealership thinks. If its a suspension related problem i dont expect it to be covered. Hopefully if its powertrain / 4wd related its still covered. Lots of money spent on that warranty.

so they say there is nothing wrong with it, only that the sway bar rubs at full turn...definitly not what i experienced and have had the lift for a few months now with no sway bar rub at all, even at full lock

Has any work been done on your power steering? I think I am having a similar problem to yours. Mine started after I changed out my power steering pump the last time. I think I still have some air in my lines.

No power steering work has been done. They said theres nothing wrong and the mechanic that drove it also has a KJ.

I just dont understand how it just all of the sudden can start rubbing the sway bar, and with only 235/65/17 tires on it with 2.75 inches of lift. I pick it up tomorrow so maybe the problem i experienced magically disappeared
