Starter Wiring

So when I pulled the engine I put the starter Wiring off to the side figuring I would remember where the connectors go back lol
Well the positive wire and little clip are pretty self explanatory but there is a large ground that's just a tad shorter then the positive going to the starter. Does this get grounded to the block?

Thanks for the help! I've tried searching all over and looking at Wiring diagrams but I don't see exactly where it could go accept a hole in the block just above the starter
