Not the mountains.
I was crawling around the front of the Jeep today and was looking at the bushings on the stabilizer bar. They look worn out. I found a set of raybestos ones for $9. How hard is it to replace the bushings and what all tools do I need? Can it be done with weight on wheels or do I need to put it on a lift? I have access to the shop on base so tools are also at my disposal.

not sure about on a jeep liberty, but it's usally a pretty straight forward operation. disconect the extensions at the a-arm end to remove load on the bar, then remove the mounts on the frame, clean up the area, install new ones, and assemble in reverse order of taking it off
