Shocks and Struts For Me?

Hello my jeep has a 3 in lift on it. I want to replace the shocks and struts. What shocks and struts should I get?

What 3 inch lift and how old are the springs?
If springs are older and have a lot of miles you'll need to replace them as well .
Worn springs are weaker cause extra wear on the shocks.
Now either Bilstein or OME shocks ( yes shocks all the way around )
Front regular shocks mentioned above, rear 99-04 Dodge Dakota 4x4 club cab/ extended cab
