I'm looking for a the above, or same from an alternate year. It appears the ones from a 2008 to 2010 likely wont fit

If you find a steady source please post! My 07 driver belt has become 'manually adjustable'. Annoying as hell. Still will do its job, I think. Hope.

I found a serviceable passenger side at a very local salvage yard and a drivers side two days later at another salvage yard 200 km away.

TY. I'll try that route when it annoys me enough!
Is there any chance your retractable has folded over itself inside the pillar? My f150 did that and it wouldn't retract untill i popped the cover off the pillar and pulled the whole thing out. The return spring could also simply be tired.

In several different vehicles I have found that cleaning the retracting mechanism several times with a liberal application of WD40 and blows g it out with compressed air allows the locking pendulum to swing easily and freely again.

Pretty sure it is a tired spring. Getting at it requires taking apart a bunch of interior trim, which is more annoying than the problem itself. Tweaking the spring or lubing the mech might be a fix, but I hate tearing apart my interior, as it the requires reassembly, which always means I have to buy wildly overpriced plastic Rivety things. It hasn't annoyed me enough yet.
