The ScanGaugeII is popular with CRD owners in particular but if you are not familiar with it think EVIC combined with an OBDII code reader/resetter and more. I recently learned from a user that you can adjust the unit for odometer and speedometer errors, plus you can monitor many vehicle subsystems that are reported to the OBDII port.
