Rust, and warranty?

So the dealership isn't taking it in for the repair until the 17th...that's the earliest they could take it. And they don't provide a loaner while doing the warranty work? That's a little rediculous, what do they expect people to drive..it's not my fault it rusted, why should I fork out cash for a rental car? This dealership's service has been less than impressive with this so far...they haven't even been calling me back when they say they will, instead I've had to call back to get info out of them every time. I think I'm making a phone call to Chysler about it today...I should've just taken it to the dealership near where I used to live.
