Will rock rails off a '06 fit my '02? The guy says he has all the hardware.

They will definately fit and if you were closer I would drive over there and buy them since I broke up mine on the rocks.....

Back on the same subject... has anyone painted their rock rails? How difficult would it be?

Mine came off an 03 Renne. They were sand blasted and painted professionally by my Son. Then I installed them. But I don't think it would be hard to take them off and hand sand them and paint them. ...or rhinoline them and reinstall. I started doing mine by hand before he told me he could take them to the shop.
