Well I made cross bars ($40), bought the roof rack ($200), added light mounts ($30), bought the lights ($220), wired them ($50), and added wind screen ($20) so for about the same price I got a functional roof basket, 400,000 candle power of light, a different appearance, and a whole lot more wind resistance! Now later I've added rear and side lights which cost me about $150, so its alot more versatile, better lights, much brighter, and cooler looking to me.

My wiring is ran through through the mounting brackets for the roof bars too so its water tight and looks professional.

my light bar is made out of a piece of angle iron i found in an abandoned cabin in the mountains... wider on one side than on other so the lights will fit it good. cut it down, drilled it to fit 5 lights (not a priority for me to get the other four yet), welded an antenna bracket onto it, then mounted it to the Rene's roof bars with 2 muffler clamps... all painted with walmart spray can bedliner... $25 for one light, about $5 worth of wire and one switch so far. and it was about $6 for two clamps... used drill press at work... pretty cheap bar here

do my man tires not count either? lol

At the time that I posted, there weren't any other man tired KJs posted.

As long as you get the rubber dirty it's a man tire.

I'll post this again....

My buddy Eric wheels a Pathgrinder with Toyo Open Country mall terrains on it. He takes that Nissan places most wouldn't dare. Therefore, his highway treaded tires qualify as Man Tires.
