As far as I remeber, the rear motor in the Jeep does right after we got it, and I wasn’t too concerned.

well now it’s made it’s way on my “to do” list. But I’ve really never messed with car electrical and such.

does anyone here have any good diagnosis tips? To see if the motor itself is fried, or a fuse? Bad ground? Etc.

any help would be awesome!

Mark, Ya start at the fuse & work your way back ! :)
It could be something as simple as an electrical contact in stalk or at the rear motor with electrical terminal corrosion issues, due to moisture issues. Does sprayer work or everything dead?
Luckily there also is a whole section (8R) in the factory manual that will help you greatly, to diagnose the electrical system re the rear motor.

Here is a good related post that may help too: (Thanks Bill) https://www.jeepkj.com/threads/rear-wiper-not-working-on-my-2003-liberty.60282/
