My rear window wiper arm is not swinging back and forth. The motor is working fine, as you can see the rod the arm mounts to does spin. It is as if the arm is somehow stripped. I don't have the service manual yet. I do not see an abvious way to remove the arm. Is it a compression fit with a clip, like many other makes? TIA.

There is a plastic cover on the wiper arm where it is attached to the motor,remove thise and there is a nut that holds the arm to the wiper.
Well at least that is how my '02 is mounted at least.
