Rear Radio antenna/base

I am looking to swap out my stock radio/CD player with one that will be Apple Car Play hands free/Bluetooth. I see a lot on Amazon that are pretty "cheap" but got great reviews. What would I need for satellite antenna? Will the stock one work? if not any leads on where to get a new base? Not many around from what I have seen.
