Youtube has some Vids on it,
various 4 wheel drive forums have write ups
Best thing to learn how to do is to ask where others have had it done
call and make an appointment

Im not planning on doing it i just like learning new things. Its pretty cool having to use shims to. Check how the gears bite and stuff like that. I guess im kind of a geek that way but i really enjoy the engineering that goes into things that some people just take for granted in theyre day to day lives
