Wondering if anyone on the forum can help with an issue wth my RB4 navigation unit. The unit at times 'freezes'. It sometimes will freeze on whatever channel was playing at the volume it was set at. At other times, it freezes at the main screen where it reads 'JEEP' when you turn on the vehicle. It is much worse in hot weather and seems to work much better in the winter, with the exception of when the vehicle has been running for awhile - ie an hour or more and the heat has been on for that period of time. So, it seems somewhat temperature senstive.
I have searched on line and can't find any sort of advice on what may be the cause. Any help would be appreicated.
