You don't say which fuse is blowing, and the FSM lists a few for the radio system. That manual also breaks the wiring down according to which trim package you have. It lists Premium system for instance, and those fuses have numbers. Once we determine which numbered fuse is actually blowing, we can then read the manual and figure out what all is powered by the fuse and therefore hopefully determine a systematic approach to determine what causes it to blow. Normally, when you have a fuse blowing, you have a simple but hard to find short to ground of course. Often this short is caused by someone working on the vehicle, and accidentally pinching a wire beneath something you are screwing or bolting down, for example. Another common issue is wreck damage, bang it into something and short out a light harness for example. I said all that to say, think back, have you done any work on it lately, especially modifications to the interior or radio system? Speakers for instance, or some swanky new thing installed into or under the dash? If so it might be really easy to find the new short. Hopefully this sets you to thinking and nets a good result.
If you have not done anything to it that could have accidentally brought this issue on, then write back what radio system do you have, for instance do you have stereo controls in the steering wheel? And, what number fuse is blowing? If we have that info we can better determine where you might want to look for a problem.
good luck with it;
