This will be my fourth time in one year that I will be changing the radiator in my 03 Liberty 3.7L. The good part is that the unit is under warranty and I'm doing the labor. The bad part it is taking up my time to replace the radiator again and again.
My question is since I have changed the radiator, the thermostat and the fan relay is there another relay that tells the fan relay to turn on? I notice that when the car over heated the fan didn't come on and when the AC is on the fan again didn't come on. So there must be another relay that sends a signal when the engine is too hot.
Also has anyone found an all metal radiator for the Liberty and if so from where?
