What stores do you guys get your bolts at? I can only find them online...

Disadvantages of living in Jersey I guess. Home Depot and Lowe's were no help.

Getting super frustrated here. Can't find them anywhere except in packs of 25/50. I only need 6... :(

And the taps are expensive too. I'm probably just gonna use a wire brush...

Andddd last question: What kind of washers did yall use?

A M12x1.75 tap is $5.99 at Napa or Carquest.

Fastenal(have to order most likely) or most ACE hardware store will have grade 10.9 bolts in stock.

I guess I got lucky as my KJ already had the bolts installed in the rear for the hitch and my KJ did not come from the factory with the tow package or a gas tank skid.

This it?

NAPA AUTO PARTS

And did you guys use regular Grade 10.9 flat washers or locking washers?

Yep that's the tap.

I use OEM flange head bolts(no washer,no anti-seize,and no thread locker) but on a regular bolt a flat washer is just fine.I wouldn't use anti-sieze but rather blue threadlocker and torque to 100lbs-ft.

You need an auto parts store. Autozone, NAPA, O'reilly's, Carquest, etc. HD and Lowe's don't stock automotive bolts or taps. I found that out the hard way too.

I have the bolts, washers, and tap now, but can't really figure out how to tap these holes with the gas tank in the way...... :\
