That's not the idler tensioner! It's a replacement bearing for the fan hub!

That's a pretty special bearing! Three bearings on the shaft; two of them preloaded against each other. Nice find!

The fan hubs can be rebuilt using standard oversize bearings available here in the US. Does require some small amount of machine work to fit the oversize bearings.

Wonder if they are available here, I was looking at VW hub bearings as a candidate but the noise on mine turned out to be an idler so I split it and put a new bearing in. looking online using the idler number and not the Jeep number they are cheap enough not to bother again, I'll get one to chuck on the shelf.
