premium speaker system question

would i notice a difference in sound quality if i replaced my rear speakers with the front speakers with the amps attached giving me 4 amped speakers , and would it work?

The rear speakers are not important for sound quality, I took mine out completly and just put a nice set up front. Stock stinks
