Hi I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty sport 3.7v6 with 8.25 rear end. I am in dire need of torque specs, pictures, procedures and whatever else there is to replace a REAR PINION BEARING. Please and thank you!

For starters there is a master kit I think rock auto has them, it has all the bearings, races, and I think the crush sleeve as well? I looked at doing this myself once but got disenheartened, maybe i will after you show me how lol!

You will need the chrysler backlash adjuster wrench to set the backlash on the ring gear at the end of the job, it took me 3 hours to break my pinion nut free from the factory locktite, don't use heat, that's all I got for ya!!
Please post some progress updates !

I have my original axle waiting to be overhauled too. I was recommended a book on the subject but don't have the bookmark on my phone.
