I must have been extremely lucky. I lived in So Cal for four years, averaging 75-85 mph on freeways...never got pulled over for speeding or got any 'snapshots' in the mail. \
/ It just seemed as long as you "go with the flow" with other cars, no matter how fast, the Chips don't seem to care.
