All the reading I've done on this code says it's USUALLY the cat itself. Really? A few indicate loose O2 connectors. Most cars I've dealt with its just the sensor. Which I'll try first anyway. But, in the event it IS the cat, do after markets work? Don't really have the 900-1300 to put a MOPAR on it. And in TN it's illegal to sell used cats. Last I knew anyway.

If you're going to replace the sensor only go with NTK - you DO NOT want to get a Bosch as you'll continue getting codes.

I replaced my cats with ones from Walker - they fit perfectly, have never given me any troubles. Ran about $300 for the pair IIRC.

Your code tells you which one it is,
BANK 1 UPSTREAM
BANK 1 DOWNSTREAM
Bank one is the left side sitting in the Jeep
BANK 2 UPSTREAM
BANK 2 DOWNSTREAM
