I had a leak from the oil pressure switch that leaked onto the connector of the wiring harness that the oxygen sensor connects to. However, the oil from that leak must have dripped into that connector and fried a wire because now I'm not getting any readings from that oxygen sensor. (Bank 1 - Upstream) Is it possible to buy a new connector piece and splice it to the same wiring or would I have to buy a whole new wiring harness?

Im sure you can go to the dealer and get a new pigtail. It will come with crimp connectors that get heated with a lighter or a heat gun. That will seal out any moisture.
