No power at cigarette lighter outlet

You can get the full circuit diagrams for your year KJ here....download the Service Manual which includes circuit diagrams...useful for adding id relays etc. to make thepower outlet switch off with the ignition. http://www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ

Doing what I said above will turn off with the ignition, it uses the same circuit.
