New Member needs Tire Help ASAP!!!

Whats going on people new member here looking for some serious help with picking the right tire.

My sister just bought a 2002 limited with 110,600 miles for $3,500. tires on it seems to be the original ones so they are bald and worn and cracked like crazy.

what are the biggest size tire i can put on the stock rim? also she does not want an over agressive look but she wants the tires to handle deep snow,extreme rain,mud,and great off and on road and highway.

any ideas, anyone?

245-70-16 is the biggest size and being the age that it is may still rub due to sagged suspension
