It maybe an "Australian only" edition.??

Too dry down here for lots of mud. Will try to get it dirtier and post some more pics. (mud)

Red River is the Australian version of the Freedom Edition here in the States. It is called the Extreme Sport Edition in the UK and I think the Rocky Mountain Edition in Canada

The Rocky Mountain Edition only has the bumpers painted charcoal.

That is true of the 2004 Rocky Mountain Edition (just like the US) but are you sure that is also the case on the 2003 Rocky Mountain Edition??

I haven't seen that style available in the states, They are very popular in AU and EU though.

I think you get the Red River edition here in South Africa too. Like hen's teeth though - only came across one while I was looking for mine. Will be creating a thread for it here soon

My Rocky Mountain Edition Has two tone Graphite package.
Bumpers painted the Graphite color & side Moldings, Also painted Wheel Flares.
Came With Skids (except for transmission) added later, and Jeep Embroidered Seats.
In 04 Many RM editions also came with the 17" rims, (all discs) no abs/TC//TPM (good)

My Rocky Mountain Edition Has two tone Graphite package.

All 03 (Canada only) and 04 RMEs did, In 2003 the grille and fender flares (renegade style) were also Graphite.
