My Rotors need replaced... cost?

my rear rotors are rusted and grinded out and need replaced. I'm wondering how much mechanics will charge to do this? (I recently had a friend replace my rear brakes so I don't have to worry about that )

I just had this done on my 05 and the cost was like $250 at a local independant garage . The emergency brake adjusters were frozen solid with rust on my brakes.

they always suggest to get pads replaced with the rotors.
