Multiple faulty codes

I'm new to this. I have a 2003 Jeep liberty 3.7 L engine. I have multiple codes coming up. P0302,p0172,p0175,p0455
I know what the codes mean but my question is, can there be 1 problem that's throwing all these codes together? If so what could it be I have gone down the line of diagnosis and now I'm just stuck on where to go next. Please help!

these can be related to eachother. last one gives the clue. there can be a vacuum leak. i faced same error code when i remove climate control module from dash and forgot to attach vacuum hoses at back after refitting everything.
