While in 4x4 HI there is a loud hum almost sounds like when driving down at highway speeds with big mud tires on it, but am going 30-50kmh. Not sure if its something I need to be concerned about, or am just over thinking it lol.
And also, my jeep seems to have a hard time coming out of 4x4, I have to back up a little ways, and try it again and then it seems to come out. Just wondering if you guys have any input on these questions, thanks.

Check the front drive shaft CV at the Tcase. It's a recessed boot that sometimes cracks and lets bad stuff in. Joint gets gummed up and noisy. Mine was tough to get out of 4wd when it was on it's way out. Also check the bushing where the shift cable attaches to the Tcase. It can wear and cause enough play to not fully disengage 4wd.

The humming is that t case CV joint I bet. Had the same issue on mine.

For the hard to shift, try a little lube on the shifting rod.
