Wondering if anyone has had any luck reducing or eliminating RFI from the fuel pump? I installed my Alinco HF rig in my '03 a couple of weeks ago and have since found that on 10/11 meters (Right at the CB frequencies) I have about S7-8 noise. The noise is constant and appears when the engine is running as well as a short burst when the key is turned 'on' but before the engine is started. I took a piece of coax and made a 'sniffer', went around the vehicle and the only time I get the noise is when I am directly under the fuel pump. I have checked online and see no TSBs for this issue. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
