KJ Around Ouray/Silverton/Telluride Colorado

Hey guys - i'm prety new. We got our KJ back in March. Been on a few off road excursions since. Currently it's a stock '06 sport 4x4. Hopefully a lift, tires and skids are on the way. Here are some shots from our trip up to colorado in July. It's one of our favorite spots in the US. A couple shots of the scenery as seen from outside our jeep as well are included \/

(welcome) to the site, nice jeep and great scenery. I love Colorado, will go one day, hopefully.. It's about 1800 miles if I want to take my jeep but, they've got to have some jeeps to rent there.

"welcome' from a fellow AZ person! I have to agree, SW Colorado is nice, heck the entire central mountain part is great! Been to the Durango/Silverton/Ouray area many times and always enjoyed it.

indieaz, nice photos! I was in Ouray last August. I drove my TJ out from the Midwest. My parents live just north of Ouray, so I can't wait to go back myself.

I'm 200 pounds. I tried to stand on the rear bumper while washing the car when i first got it. It felt like the thing was going to fall off...haven't stood on it since.

Sorry jeepjeepster, but I dont think either of them look anywhere near 200LBS
