I was wondering where the best ground point for a negative jumper cable would be that isn't too far to reach in the engine bay? I need to jump start my KJ tomorrow and when I last looked I wasn't too sure on what would be a good spot in the engine bay.

Thanks for any help!

I have never had to Jump my Jeep in all these years. I also have a AGM self contained jumper box, which is preferred.
The Arm for the alternator is buried back in there, but there is a good bolt maybe to try..

Another thought since you have time is to charge the battery overnight, and then try to crank it over.
If it is an older lead battery, it may be best to just install a new one?
