Jeep Liberty 2005 12v door light wiring?

I bought a light that projects the jeep logo on the ground, and I drilled it into my door. Looks great if I hook up a battery to test it. I would like for it to come on whenever I open the door. I don't know much about the wiring of the Jeep, does anyone have suggestions on what power I could tap into? Thanks

Well I'm not sure if the '05's have the under dash courtesy lights or not, but that is wht you tap into, and if you do not have the under dash lights, then I'm guessing it will be similar to the '02-'04 's in which apparently the connectors for the under dash lights are factory installed. They are called puddle lights, available at many different retailers but I just attached the amazon link. Search "Jeep puddle lights" for more places. And if you have a different vehicle they are most likely available for thatvehicle as well. Just search "xxxxxx(name of vehicle)puddle lights" These kind of lights are available in Many, MANY different designes and logos.
