How to tell if I have infinity sound system...???

I have no idea if I have the infinity or not. Stereo sounds decent. I would like to find out if I do have the infinity. Any help is appreciated. Thanx again guys

Turn switch to off position,if sound goes on forever it is infinity.

if u got some spare time and a driveway just take a door panel off and see what you have

Build sheet. Since you have a Sport, I'm going to guess it's not Infinity.

So sports don't come with the infinity? How hard would it be to install the infinity?

Some Sports do, but it's rare.

Sports come with it, IF it was ordered with it, if not, NO... They still sound good...

You have to check the speakers, the infinity ones have amps on the speakers.

Do the infinity systems come with the under-seat sub-woofer, or is that an option even with infinity?

Just wondering because it puts out a decent amount of bass for all stock. I'll check later

Just wondering. I have the infinity sound system in mine with the 6 disk holder built into the radio. I was thinking that might be a way to tell if you have the infinity sound system as I think the radio is different. (hope I am saying this right)

OP......do what Hyedipin said and get a build sheet on your jeep.

I don't have the changer built into the radio... but it is back in the cargo area on the passenger side (stupid place for it, IMO). Also, I recently found out through a friend that if you pull the speakers out of the front doors, you'll find that they have a built-in amp... of which are a PITA to find replacements for, I'm told.

I have the 6 CD changer as well. But no Satellite radio antenna...
