What kind of trailer hitch hook is that? Where do you buy such a thing?

Went with the beloved OME/Bilstein set up...awesome!
Then...I finally cut out the tow hook cut outs:
I also used the towhooks...
And in February, I finally got rid of the POS Michelins...and got these, which are awesome tires btw...
Then....I got it dirty:
And as it sits now...after a full detail...

Mine has 48.9k miles on it but most are from being behind an RV so....
Please give the specs and price on the lift! Lifting the Jeep is a plan and tires are a definite so.....
