Meguire's Paint Cleaner
(Meg's Deep Chrystal Polish)
Opti-seal

The reason I'm questioning #4 (polish) is because I don't want to remove too much clear. The Cleaner is non abrasive.

Other than that....how's that sound? (JeepJeepster!) :D

Are you using the #2 polish? If so its also non abrasive. Meguiars gets a little confusing sometimes when they say 'polish.' Deep Chrystal #2 polish is what they call a 'pure polish' which means it just has oils in it to make the clear look nice. You would never be able to remove enough clear by hand to cause any problems unless youre super man anyway.
