I have a slight persistent passenger side oil leak on my 07 Liberty with 125,700 miles on it. The picture is from beneath, the highest point I can see oil from there.
I've replaced the PCV valve. I've also replaced the oil filler housing gasket, and don't see any leaks around there.
I can't see the top side of that "stub" the oil is on, so not sure if coming from above or does that stub have a cap on it that can leak? The square cap looking piece is a different color than the rest of the block.
Did the UV dye thing and still can't see anything from the topside.
Maybe it's from the valve cover gasket and I just can't see it until it gets there?
Any ideas? Thanks!
