That is a Transmission shift cable not a Transfer case shift cable .
Anyone think to try car-part.com?
2002 - 2004 gives some hits in PA near me. Focus on 'transmission' and 'floor shifter' as these are not specifically named.
Several are about 100 bucks.
2002-04 SHOULD be the same. My 04 and 06 are different ends on the t case end.
I may make a trip to find a broken unit for disassembly. Cant be more special than a heavier gage braided bike brake cable.
