Checking out the Liberty forums, looking into buying one this summer. I've owned Jeeps on and off since high school(1990-ish), currently have a 81 CJ-5 that stays topless and on the road(sorry). I've owned a 92 XJ, and a 96 ZJ. Driving a supercharged 03 Regal GS, minor mods, and I'm bored with it. If I can score a good used KJ, keep it running for a few years, hand it off to my daughter when she's 16, that would be sweet.

If you got any advice, throw it my way!

Welcome! If I were you I would look for a jeep liberty renegade with the manual transmission.
