No he couldn't, not without defeating the point of having the other fogs. The renegades can't just be mounted anywhere, they fit into a precise spot on the bumper and would fit in front of the original fog lights.

Even if robslibby didn't mind covering up the factory fog light location, the renegade fog lights are not a straght forward installation. The bracket has two holes. The bottom hole lines up with a hole on the bumper, but the top hole has nowhere to mount on a non-renegade. I ended up having to weld the bracket to the bumper. The kit i received did not come with a harness. I was told that the renegades and rocky mountain editions came with the harness installed from the factory. This wasn't as big a deal as the brackets, since harness is just a fancy word for bunch of wires.

Can you use a mopar bull bar and tow hooks at the same time?

If you have or know of someone with some fabrication skills, you could always make your own. A couple of examples:

My bad, I missed the "'06" in his sig. I was thinking that he had the lower mount fogs and then was thinking the newer style brackets might have worked with a little modifications.
