filling up

when filling up with fuel it the pump keeps cutting out as if the fuel tank hole cant take the fuel quick enough, is there some kind of breather pipe that can get blocked or is this normal, takes ages to fill the jeep up

Do some searching on here, I've heard others say they had the same problem, but I don't recall what the solution was.
