Factory Head Unit question

Does the factory head unit have a mounting strap in the rear? Does it bolt to the rear of the unit as well as the front 4 bolts?

Nope... just the four screws in front holding it all together.

No and no. There are 4 Philips head screws on the front, and then it just slides out of its cozy cradle. (Don't mistakenly remove the Torx head screws on the front!)
