Are these things sealed or can I replace a bulb?

If you're talking about the Hellas on the bumper, yeah you can replace the bulb. H3. remove the T25(?) bolt that goes down into the bumper, tilt the lamp assy forward and remove the 3 T15 screws from the backside of the lamp. It splits in half to facilitate bilb replacement. While you're at it, get some decent bulbs and check the alignment of the lamp. There's a wee 4mm screw under the front centre of the lamp, it tilts the lamp up/down.

Cheers dude and good luck!!

Thanks ...I opened the lamp assembly and it appeared to be a seal beam .. Not familiar with this setup though ..three wires going in to what appears to be some sort of plug in unit which is also under a spring clip

I'll keep tinkering with it ...Thanks!

OK, ThunderbirdJunkie is correct about everything else though :p

The 02-4 fogs use 9005s...thought the H4 was used in the Rennie fogs since that's what's in most of Hellas aux lights
