EVIC temp sticking

I've had this issue for a few years now and finally remembered to ask. The temp in the EVIC gets hung up sometimes....like for a whole day. Usually sticks on whatever temp it was when it was started. It gets hung up maybe once a week.

I know it's wrong....I mean I'd like to think I'm not sweating like a :favorites68: church when the KJ says it's only 58F out. :happy175: and it feels like 8000F (well technically about 89F)

Sounds like it is time for a new ambient air temp sensor.

Mine sticks once in awhile as well but usually only once a month until i shut the Jeep off and restart it

Mine will stick from time to time, but usually clears up and corrects itself after about 10-15 minutes of driving.

I'm sure the sensor is starting to fail... but it's not been an issue I felt needed to be dealt with, yet.
