Engine and trans mount torque specs?

I have an 02 with the 3.7 and 45rfe... I can't find the values anywhere for my particular year... Anyone have this info? Also CAN the engine mounts be done using a jack under the car or does it have to be done with a shop crane?

So I caved in and called my mechanic... He said he'd do it for a hundred bucks... I said DEAL! lol... Needless to say, thank the heavens I did it because looking at my old mounts... It's a small miracle that disaster didn't strike me! Each of the 3 mounts only had about 1/4 of an inch of the thick black rubber left connected... 2 out of 3 sides were completely sheared off!!! I'll add pics later but cheeeseandrice that was close!

Not uncommon for them to look like the one below. I changed both of mine when I swapped engines - they were both toast:

Bob, i never had the chance to say Thanks for the info!! Those things were all hanging on by a thread! Car feels just about as good as new at this point... Just have to find the time to swap out my transfer case and ill be golden! Thanks again man!
