Emergency Brake Help

I just did a rear end swap on my 2003 Jeep Liberty Freedom edition manual transmission. The guy cut 1 of the emergency brake lines and I’m a bit confused on what to do next, do I gotta buy the whole new emergency break setup? Or do I just gotta replace the lines? Thank you for any advice, it would really help a guy out
