That's got me thinking now...Maybe the .5 would make me level, especially with the ARB bumper. I also thought the CRD springs were the same length, just heavier duty for the increased weight, am I wrong on that?

I don't know if they are the same length. My thinking was that the CRD can't be lifted as high so maybe that was why since I chose CRD front springs (since I do plan on getting a heavy bumper). I could be completely wrong on my thinking though. It's really different with every KJ so you have to do some trial and error when leveling. I am sitting an inch lower with .375 clevis in but someone else could be sitting dead even with the same spacer or higher.

Personaly I would say to stick with .375 and let it settle. Than go from there to even it out after it's settled. If it's to high replace it with a conduit nut or get the smaller spacer from JBA or vice versa. It's not hard at all to change out.

Sorry im a little late KEV...my CVs work fine, not an issue and im a little higher tho, cause i have a custom ARB bullbar (its not ARB, the model is the same lol) and i´ve made custom clevis spacers, the new clevis´s are like 2 and 1/2 0.500 clevis together for each side, the ride quality is the same (AWESOME) and now my libby isn´t lower on the front, i havent measure lately but i think i have around 23 or a little higher, that the highest ill go cause its too expensive for me to ship the cut down cvs from PA to Venezuela and no one here like to modify the Kj´s

Wait! Did I just read that correctly? Did you just say you have 1.5" of spacer on each clevis?

I didn't know you got the CRD springs, could be the issue you should of stayed with the gasser, and did the other trick to make them stronger would of been better ( the strut spring rings they give you 175 lb more on a 350 lb spring) would of been more than enough for the ARB or any other bumper Its what I used on my IRONMAN when I set them up

Yeah I went with those because I had planned to get a heavy bumper right from the get go but never did so I thought I had to get the CRD ones. I had a feeling that was probably the reason why it was a bit lower though. Guess I just need to change what I'm saving for and go with the adjust-a-struts come spring lol

So the CRD springs are shorter? I thought they were the same height just with a higher spring rate?

I have the 17" factory rims and want to swap the tires when I do the lift. What size tire is suggested? I don't want to get into changing gears in the back end.

I have the same question but I am regearing to 4:10. Tommudd's econo lift should be here by friday and I'd like to already have a set of tires to put on it as well. I found a lot of info on 16" wheels but not on the 17".

IF and only if you are regearing then 31 inch tall tires work best, possibly run 32s depending on where it settlesin at
