Not the most complicated install.

What I have
Pioneer Double din HU
Metra install kit. Looks stock perfect fit.
Apline 6.5 Components in the front door.
Memphis Audio 2.75 in the dash running from 400 hertz up.
Alpine 6.5 Coaxials in the rear doors.
Being drive by a vintage a/d/s PQ20 80-100 watts x 4 sq 0% distortion maxed out
A JL 12" sub in JLbox run by a JL JX250.

I did a "big 3" upgrade with 2 guage wire under the hood to max out the charging system.

Toughest thing was getting the amp wire through the firewall.

If I were doing it today
Kenwood makes a nice 2.75 speaker with a crossover at 180 hertz for $69
Kenwood 7" Components $199
With the right amp would sound like a concert on your hood.
Not a lot of space in the back if you put in a big box

If you go with 4 7'S with some sound deadening(I used frost king duct insulation much less expensive than fat mat or dynamat but worked very well)
