How does the mounting bracket go on? Im confused, anyone have a picture?

So I got the skid on slid it under the engine skid and tightened it up, drilled a 3/8 hole thru the top of the cross member and slid the long bolt with the round head up through and tightened it with a nut/ lock washer/nut combo.

This is the 3 spots i mounted, no bracket or anything.

Does anyone have a picture of theirs installed from the drivers side of the car? Mine looks a little low. Is the "tounge" part of the skid( far right in the picture above) suppose to be bolted to the bottom or top of the cross member.

Here you go. This is on the driver's side. It looks like it just uses the frame for support when getting bashed on the rocks. the other bolts more than hold in place & there is no hole in the frame for a bolt there, not on a 2003 anyway.

Hate to be a PITA but anyway you could get it from about 5ft from the car ,looking under. It seems to look like you lose a little clearance but Im not sure. Just want to see how the rest look.

No. Sorry, but I sold it yesterday. That was actually a photo of something else, & that piece just happened to be in it. IIRC, it should be easy to figure out, there are three holes for the bolts, the only variable is which way it bends.
